1. Overview
Swapify.gg ("Swapify", "we", "us") is a non-custodial swap desk. We designed our platform to minimize personal data collection, relying on wallet-based interactions instead of user accounts. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Information We Collect
Swapify primarily collects: (a) wallet addresses, transaction IDs, and network metadata necessary to execute swaps; (b) email addresses if you contact support or opt into notifications; (c) limited telemetry (device type, browser, referrer) for performance monitoring; and (d) anonymized analytics via privacy-respecting tooling. We do not request government IDs or full names.
3. How We Use Information
Data we collect enables us to (a) create and settle swap orders; (b) provide status notifications; (c) detect fraud, abuse, or network anomalies; (d) improve product performance; and (e) comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
4. On-Chain Transparency
Blockchain transactions are public by design. When you use Swapify, transaction hashes and wallet addresses become visible on the relevant blockchain explorer. Swapify cannot alter or obfuscate this on-chain data.
5. Cookies & Analytics
We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain session preferences (e.g., theme selection). Optional analytics relies on privacy-focused tools that avoid cross-site tracking. You can disable analytics cookies through your browser settings.
6. Data Retention
Operational logs tied to swap execution are retained for up to 12 months for auditing and fraud prevention. Support tickets are stored for as long as needed to resolve your inquiry. Rate and limit caches expire automatically within 60 minutes.
7. Data Sharing
We may share limited information with infrastructure partners such as Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), and Nanswap (liquidity). These partners process data under contractual confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to enforce our Terms.
8. Security
Access to sensitive systems is restricted via role-based controls, hardware security keys, and continuous monitoring. All secrets remain encrypted at rest. While we follow industry best practices, no online service is entirely risk-free.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal data. Submit requests to privacy@swapify.gg. Because most interactions are wallet-based, we may ask you to sign a message to verify ownership.
10. Children
Swapify is not directed toward individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us so we can delete it.
11. International Transfers
We operate globally. When you access Swapify, your data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your home country. We implement safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to maintain adequate protection where required.
12. Updates to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect regulatory requirements or product changes. Material updates will be posted here with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Swapify after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
